Frank Gay
Principal Chief Executive Officer
Frank Gay is a co-owner and serves as the CEO over the Home Pros Family of Companies. He leads the day-to-day efforts for Home Pros Real Estate Group, where he focuses on agent development, increased agent productivity, and merger & acquisition expansion. Frank also leads the efforts (along with the ancillary leadership teams) to increase internal agent capture and external market share for the affiliated mortgage & title companies.
Prior to taking the helm at the Home Pros Family of Companies, Frank served as the CEO of The Simply Group, where he helped identify and secure a network of premier real estate brokerage partners across North America to vertically integrate mortgage, as well as title & escrow. Gay began his career over twenty-five years ago as a top producing agent and quickly built a large, multi-office real estate brokerage, with offices in the US and abroad.
Over the last decade, Gay has held senior executive leadership roles with some of the largest real estate organizations, both in North America and globally. He is often requested to speak at industry events, as well as participate in strategic masterminds surrounding the brokerage business.
Penny Moore
Broker & Founder
Penny Moore is an icon in the El Paso real estate community. After becoming a licensed Realtor in 2001, she founded Home Pros Real Estate Group in 2007 with the forward-thinking vision of building a real estate brokerage that put the agentsā best interests first. As the Broker and co-owner of the company, Moore oversees all brokerage activity, ensuring compliance, training, and education are in place for the agents.
In 2022, Moore was instrumental in a joint venture, now called the Home Pros Family of Companies, which includes Home Pros Real Estate Group, Streamline Home Loans, and Clear Title. Prior to her career in Real Estate, Moore held many management positions in the retail arena for 15 plus years, becoming known as a problem solver with a big vision and a āget it doneā mindset.
Moore and her husband Ted, moved to El Paso from upstate New York in 1996, when Ted was relocated with his manufacturing company to Juarez, Mexico. As a result of her experience in the retail industry, Moore was able to bring her expertise to the real estate industry and build a successful business.
Mooreās success as a leader in El Pasoās real estate Market is a testament to her decades of experience, hard work, dedication, and commitment to excellence. Known affectionately as āMama Bearā by her agents, she is an inspiration to all who aspire to succeed in the real estate industry.
Ted Moore
Chief Financial Officer
Theodore (Ted) H. Moore Jr. was born and raised in upstate New York. After 29 years in medical manufacturing, Ted relocated to El Paso in 1996. Ted specialized in research and development, often traveling abroad as a consultant. In 2011, Ted retired from manufacturing and became a licensed Texas Realtor, joining his wife, Penny Moore, in the real estate business at Home Pros Real Estate Group.
As Chief Financial Officer for Home Pros, Ted launched the company's property management division in 2011. Through his hard work and dedication, Ted was able to grow the division to just under 100 units by 2017. Ted is proud of the fact that he was able to work alongside his wife to grow Home Pros Real Estate Group, as well as the families of companies Streamline Home Loans and Clear Title El Paso.
Ted is a true example of hard work paying off, and is an inspiration to many, and his story is a testament to the power of perseverance and dedication.
Maria Bidwell
Director of Finance
Born and raised in Chihuahua, Mexico, Maria moved to El Paso in 2010. She is the oldest of three siblings and earned her degree in Accounting from the Universidad AutĆ³noma de Chihuahua. Over the years, Maria has gained valuable experience working across a variety of industries, from data entry and casework to management and finance.
Her journey took her to Columbus, Georgia, where she lived from 2016ā2019 while her late husband, Jared Bidwell, proudly served 15 years in the U.S. Army. After his passing in 2021, Maria pursued a new path, earning her real estate license and passing both exams on her first try.
Today, Maria serves as the Director of Finance at Home Pros Real Estate Group while also working as a dedicated RealtorĀ®. She is passionate about helping the El Paso community and feels that Home Pros truly aligns with her values of service, care, and commitment.
Outside of work, Maria enjoys traveling, hiking, cycling, gardening, cooking, and spending time with her daughter, two grandchildren, her family in Chihuahua, and her loyal dog, Lola.
